




We are a private Higher Education Institute, and we are currently seeking Admissions Coordinators with knowledge of marketing and sales (mandatory). Responsibilities: \- Present and manage the Institution's educational offerings. \- Coordinate and manage all admissions-related activities. \- Propose and coordinate the development of strategies to increase the number of leads and enrollments. \- Execute promotional activities through school visits, informational talks, participation in education fairs, and presence at events to promote our Institution's educational offerings. \- Participate in major events targeting our key audience. \- Manage and update the database of local schools. \- Provide personalized counseling to applicants across the various academic programs offered by the Institution. \- Enter and manage a database of prospective students interested in pursuing studies at the Institution. \- Report on the progress of the campaigns under management and, if necessary, implement corrective measures to improve performance. \- Carry out necessary actions to convert prospects into enrolled students (e.g., phone calls, emails, social media outreach, text messages, in-person consultations, etc.). Requirements: \- Graduates in Administration, Marketing, Communication Sciences, or related fields. \- Extensive experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp, among others). \- Minimum one year of experience in the education sector performing similar duties. \- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 48 hours per week.
