**Requirements** · Previous experience in customer service, sales advisor in the beauty sector (such as in a beauty salon, hair care product store or related), salesperson, beauty promoter, fashion or related fields. · Enthusiastic person with passion for beauty, organized, detail-oriented, problem-solving skills, and able to work under pressure. · Experience with electronic invoicing, receipts and invoices. · Proficient in POS systems and cash register reconciliation. · Experience managing inventory and warehouse operations. · Experience providing customer service both in-person and virtually (via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok Lives, etc). · Knowledge of Excel, Gmail, Drive, WhatsApp Business, and TikTok Lives. **Responsibilities** · Process, pack, and coordinate order shipments via various courier services. · Maintain store cleanliness and organization. · Provide in-person and virtual consultations and answer product inquiries. · Conduct live broadcasts on TikTok or other social media platforms to present and promote products, create product bundles live, provide real-time advice, pricing, discounts, etc. · Assist in warehouse and inventory control. · Receive and record products, shipping guides, and invoices. · Serve customers in-store, process payments via POS, and perform cash register reconciliation. · Assist in product testing for social media content, explaining benefits and other features. **Requirements** · Availability to work onsite from Monday to Friday, 9:45 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturdays from 9:45 am to 2:30 pm in Barranco.
