Alola Beauty Store is looking for a multifunctional assistant with the following profile: **Requirements** · Previous experience in customer service, sales advisor in the beauty industry (such as in beauty salons, hair care product stores or related fields), salesperson, promoter in beauty, fashion or related areas. · Enthusiastic person with passion for beauty, organized, detail-oriented, capable of problem-solving and able to work under pressure. · Experience with electronic invoicing, receipts and invoices. · Proficient in POS systems and cash register reconciliation. · Experience managing inventory and warehouse operations. · Experience providing in-person and virtual customer service (via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok Lives, etc). · Knowledge of Excel, Gmail, Drive, WhatsApp Business, and TikTok Lives. **Responsibilities** · Process, pack, and coordinate order shipments through various courier services. · Maintain store cleanliness and organization. · Provide product advice and respond to inquiries both in person and online. · Conduct live broadcasts on TikTok or other social media platforms to present products, create product bundles during live streams, provide real-time advice, explain pricing, discounts, etc. · Assist in warehouse and inventory control. · Receive and record products, shipping guides, and invoices. · Serve customers in-store, process payments via POS, and reconcile cash register. · Assist in product testing for social media content, explaining benefits and other features. **Requirements** · Availability to work onsite from Monday to Friday, 9:45 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturdays from 9:45 am to 2:30 pm in Barranco. (Onsite) · Must reside in areas adjacent to Barranco. · Proactive attitude, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills.
