We are currently seeking a Communicator. Who are we looking for? A creative, proactive, and self-motivated individual who enjoys creating innovative graphic content and texts on social media. Position Objective Execute external communication activities on social media, promoting the organization's activities, events, and projects. Requirements · Graduate or bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. · 2 years of experience in external communication. · Intermediate knowledge of digital tools (Office, social media, graphic design, photo and video editing, mailing). Main Responsibilities · Create and manage content for the organization's social media channels. · Implement external communication campaigns, promoting the organization's projects, events, activities, and relevant topics. · Design graphic and audiovisual materials (flyers, short videos, press releases, trivia, digital assets). · Conduct photographic and audiovisual documentation of events, activities, and internal campaigns. · Coordinate and send press releases, institutional greetings, and key messages through various channels. · Manage scheduling and monitoring of social media platforms. · Collect and analyze participation, reach, and engagement metrics from communication activities. · Provide support for visibility activities: campaigns and activations on commemorative environmental dates, training events, etc. What do we offer? · Location: San Isidro · Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. · Salary: S/ 2,500 · Employment type: Full payroll with all legal benefits. · Others: Pleasant work environment, continuous learning, and opportunities for growth within an organization involved in international networks and collaborative projects.
