Grafipapel, a graphic industrial company with over 29 years in the market, is currently seeking a (an): **Sales Promoter** **Functions:** * Provide personalized customer advisory by identifying their needs and guiding them in their purchasing decisions. * Achieve sales and product placement targets at assigned stores and points of sale. * Conduct scheduled visits to clients to promote and boost sales, highlighting product features and benefits, and strengthening brand confidence. * Periodically report on sales progress, stock-outs, product turnover, and customer feedback. * Record and update commercial management information in required applications and reports. * Execute marketing actions such as surveys, leafleting, and directing end users to points of sale. * Actively promote product sales at established locations. * Manage inventory under their responsibility, ensuring proper display and product availability. * Participate in scheduled training sessions and capacity-building programs to strengthen commercial skills. * Manage and follow up on orders until the sale is closed. * Identify improvement or expansion opportunities in strategic areas with high commercial potential. * Support the execution of activations, demonstrations, promotions, and company-organized events. * Perform other duties assigned by their immediate supervisor related to the nature of the position. **Requirements:** * Completed higher education in administration, communications, or related fields. * Knowledge of sales skills, customer service, specific product knowledge, and market understanding (desirable). * Two years of experience in the position or similar roles. **We Offer:** * Formal employment (fixed salary \+ transportation allowance \+ commissions). * Social benefits according to the law – General Regime. * Career advancement opportunities.
