Our goal is to strengthen and expand the network of driver partners for leading aggregator platforms (Yango, Uber, inDrive, among others) in Peru. We are looking for a talented and motivated Team Lead / Gerente de Adquisición de Conductores to work in Lima. Responsibilities: \- Design and implement effective strategies to attract and register new drivers. \- Manage online acquisition channels (social media, Google Ads, TikTok, referrals, content marketing, SEO/SEM) and offline channels (events, partnerships, outdoor advertising and radio, fairs, direct prospecting). \- Recruit, train, and lead the promoter and sales management team. \- Plan, launch, and analyze advertising campaigns (creativity, targeting, budget, ROI). \- Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and propose improvements. Requirements: \- Reside in Peru (preferably Lima) or have immediate availability to relocate. \- Native Spanish speaker and good level of English (Upper\-Intermediate/Advanced). \- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and user acquisition. \- Experience leading teams. \- Proficiency with social media and digital advertising tools. \- Experience with mobile apps, mobility platforms, or B2C sales is a plus. \- Skills: communication, data analysis, strategic thinking, proactivity.
