REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate of Business Administration, Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Corporate Sales or Marketing, or minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience as sales manager. * Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in the industrial or logistics sector, or knowledge of real estate logistics terms. * Language proficiency: Intermediate English * Proficiency in CRM systems * MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.) – Advanced * Canvas – Intermediate * Power BI – Intermediate * Understanding and application of marketing and commercial negotiation techniques. * Ability to learn quickly and passion for sales. * Aptitude for delivering attractive presentations. * Own transportation: Desirable * Results and goal oriented. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday in person. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Establish commercial work plan * Develop presentations for boards of directors * Develop management and sales reports; ability to monitor and supervise the commercial team * Project management capability (costing, logistics, marketing) * Manage commercial meetings and project presentations * Handle and sell to key clients * Manage Logistics Operators * Judgment regarding customer follow-up management * Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs. * Meet budget and sales targets (commercial goals) through effective work, teamwork, and adherence to sales criteria. * Conduct effective commercial visits to potential clients (broad participation), along with using customer retention strategies to reactivate and/or maintain accounts. * Prepare and track quotations, calls, and visits made. * Maintain portfolio and business opportunities according to commercial objectives aligned with the company. Collect key information (complaints, strengths, space optimization, important corporate events, etc.), report it to supervisors, and contribute to achieving better results. * Prepare reports or documents upon request from the Commercial Department – Periodically (Weekly Work Plan – Routes, Commercial Agreements with clients, Corporate Reports, etc.).
