We are looking for: * **KeyUser Warehouse Analyst – WMS** * **Warehouse Analyst** **Requirements**: * Technical degree, graduate or university student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration and/or related fields. * Intermediate level of Office software * Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse areas. * Studies in logistics and/or supply chain. * Desired experience in the **MASS CONSUMER** sector. * Knowledge of logistics software WMS//ERP (desirable) * Must reside in Lurín or nearby areas. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Analyze and configure replenishment and restocking strategies in the picking area according to inventory turnover. * Parameterize and update WMS configuration: categories, picking capacity, replenishment levels, search sequence, pareto, document types. * Assign, update and validate physical locations in the layout (storage areas, racks, dispatch areas, etc.) * Validate and verify operational processes in WMS: receiving, storage, picking, dispatch * Execute field tests, validate scenarios and new procedures before releasing to the live environment * Train and reinforce warehouse personnel (operators, supervisors) on correct use of WMS * Detect and correct operational deviations in WMS flow (requests, orders, code changes, transfers) * Create and maintain master data in WMS: SKU, EAN, weight, volume, product type * Provide real-time functional support for WMS incidents (operational key) * Coordinate with IT and/or WMS provider for resolution of system errors or failures, improvements or technical adjustments * Record logs and verify incurred expenses according to structure across different warehouses * Coordinate billing of warehouse services with suppliers * Calculate and report total storage costs and per UM * Coordinate payments with accounting based on authorized services * Collect, analyze and report non-productive inventory and inventory turnover * Collect, analyze and report compliance with warehouse order and cleanliness checklist to management * Prepare, organize and participate in warehouse committee meetings, among others. **WE OFFER:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits * BONUS PAYMENTS IN JULY AND DECEMBER. * CTS, INSURANCE, PROFIT-SHARING, FAMILY ALLOWANCE, VACATIONS, ETC. * Opportunity for growth. * Continuous training.
