Currently, we are looking for the best talent to fill the position of **Quality Auditor**: **Requirements:** * Technical or university professional in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant or Manager in Call Center Auditing. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday in person in Surco. * Intermediate level of Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Knowledge of call recording systems. * Knowledge of Customer Service and Customer Experience KPIs. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct call audits through listening sessions to identify each operator's alignment with quality standards for customer service and proper use of protocols. * Generate quality reports and inform supervisors and the coordination team to implement training actions for operators. * Identify and report opportunities for improvement in processes, scripts, and customer service. * Participate in calibration sessions with the training and quality team. * Follow up on special cases involving other departments that enhance the customer experience. **Benefits:** * Formal employment with all legal benefits. * Monthly food card. * EPS covered at 80% after the third month. * Oncological insurance after the third month. * Training through Workday Learning. * Be part of a company certified by Great Place to Work.
