We invite you to join our team in the position of: HELP DESK OPERATOR (back office) Requirements: \- Currently pursuing a technical or university degree in systems engineering, administration, industrial engineering, or related fields. \- Knowledge of Office 365 Responsibilities: \- Provide administrative support to field technicians regarding scheduled routes and daily service assignments. \- Communicate with clients to confirm scheduled technical services or arrange rescheduling. \- Assign routes and service tasks to field technician teams. Working Hours: Mon-Sun (1 rotating rest day) (Service hours: 7 AM - 9 PM \| Morning shift starts at 7 AM, 8 AM, 9 AM, or 10 AM \| Afternoon shift starts from 11 AM onwards) Full-time schedule: 8 hours per day (rotating shifts) Part-time schedule: 4 hours per day (rotating shifts) Benefits: Be part of the América Móvil Group.
