**RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Receive customers' export requests and generate service orders in the system. \- Receive information from the Dispatch Coordinator regarding cargo entering warehouses. \- Coordinate with customs authorities for physical inspections and extraordinary control actions. \- Supervise the proper use of customs seals. \- Ensure that shipments are processed according to customer requirements and procedures in compliance with established regulations and guidelines set by the governing body. \- Monitor deadlines for regularization processes. \- Supervise the numbering of DAMS carried out by the liquidator and their transmission to operations coordinators. \- Prepare and manage files, providing follow-up until completion. \- Receive notifications, analyze them, and respond to customs within established timeframes. \- Process billing and collections.
