AGENCIA DE ADUANA SION S.A.C., a company with over 20 years of experience in Import, Export and other Customs Regimes, is currently seeking qualified personnel for the position of IMPORT CUSTOMS BROKER. Requirements: * Graduate, technical or bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in import-related functions. * Previous experience in a customs agency is desirable. * Solid knowledge of current customs regulations and their application in import processes. Knowledge of the Customs System: SINTAD. * Friendly and patient attitude. * Efficiently and effectively carry out assigned procedures. * Must reside in areas adjacent to Callao (essential). * Punctuality, responsibility, honesty, and teamwork. Functions: o Manage the complete import process, up to cargo nationalization. Collect and review customs documents for DAM numbering. o Provide support for import clearances. o Carry out logistical import operations. Prepare and submit necessary customs documentation for import processes. o Advise clients, report status, and inform clients about the status of their shipments via emails and/or phone calls, providing clear explanations about the cargo nationalization process. o Fully manage the cargo nationalization process, ensuring compliance with current customs regulations. * Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, warehouses, and freight agents regarding delivery schedules for cargo and documents. * Coordinate follow-up on document collection, approvals, routing, assessments, inspections, and others. * Stay updated on changes in customs regulations. o Close and settle import files. o Monitor other involved departments regarding clearance progress. * Coordinate with suppliers when additional services apply to the operation. * Perform other assigned duties. * Bellavista, Callao: Ability to commute to work without issues or plan to relocate prior to starting work (desirable).
