




**Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customs Sectorist or Customer Service representative at a customs agency. * Knowledge of special agreements, Amazon Region Law, Free Trade Agreements (TLC). * Experience in preparing and tracking files. * Thorough knowledge of regimes 10, 40, temporary regimes, and advance customs clearance procedures. * SENASA procedures. * VUCE procedures. * SINTAD system. **Responsibilities:** * Advise clients on matters related to customs regulations; if lacking knowledge on any subject, must consult the reviewer or Legal Representative for appropriate support. * Review received documentation to verify absence of errors or omissions, coordinating with the client for corrections when necessary (commercial invoice, certificate of origin, bank transfers to supplier, etc.) * Open orders in SINTAD and assign them to the corresponding liquidator for numbering. * Send daily dispatch status updates to clients and immediate supervisors. * Verify proforma invoices received from the commercial department to prevent billing errors. * Maintain control over client shipments, monitoring deadlines for regimes, regularizations, bonds, and all necessary information to ensure successful clearance. * Request confirmation of BL authorizations from shipping lines and freight agencies, as well as corresponding VB procedures. Request payments to third parties related to VB, document issuance, DTHC, etc. * Forward files to the pickup department after coordinating reception schedules, requesting labor teams, or any other special service required by the client, ensuring these are communicated to the relevant department. * Coordinate and carry out proper routing of client cargo as needed. * Check applicable free days for demurrage and storage to keep clients informed, tracking days to avoid incurring additional costs. * Generate requests via VUCE system to schedule SENASA inspections. * Schedule SERFOR inspections. Monitor and control shipments considering deadlines. * Coordinate with Customs and/or BOE the scheduling of physical inspections (date, time, location, etc.). * Generate export matrices and VGM information to send to the line operator or Freight Agent. Deliver completed files with all documents required by Customs according to legislation to the Archiving department.
