




**Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customs Specialist or Customer Service at a customs agency. * Knowledge of special agreements, Amazon Law, Free Trade Agreement (TLC). * Experience in preparing and tracking files. * Thorough knowledge of regimes 10, 40 and temporary regimes, as well as advance clearances. * SENASA procedures. * VUCE procedures. * SINTAD system. **Responsibilities:** * Advise clients on matters related to customs regulations. * Review received documentation to verify that there are no errors or omissions, coordinating with the client for corrections if necessary. * Open orders in SINTAD and assign them to the customs broker. * Send daily shipment status updates to clients and immediate supervisors. * Verify proformas received from the sales department to prevent billing errors. * Maintain control over client shipments. * Forward files to the pickup department after coordinating reception schedules, requesting labor teams, or any other special service required by the client, all of which must be communicated to that department. * Coordinate and carry out cargo routing for clients as required. * Check free days for demurrage and storage fees to keep clients informed and track days to avoid incurring these additional costs. * Generate inspection requests via the VUCE system to schedule SENASA inspections. * Schedule SERFOR inspections. Monitor and control shipments considering deadlines. * Coordinate with Customs and/or BOE to schedule physical inspections (date, time, location, etc.). * Generate export spreadsheets and VGM information to send to the shipping line operator or Freight Agent. Deliver completed files with all documents required by Customs according to legislation to the Archiving department.
