We handle secure and innovative processes by applying **agile methodologies** in project development with the most important clients in the Utility, Banking & Finance, and Retail sectors of Peru, supporting them in their **Digital Transformation** process. ***Objective:*** Carry out various internal dispatch and external shipment processes, internal delivery, customer service, and front desk operations as required in the BPO Mapfre project. ***Functions:*** **Internal Dispatch** 1\. Prepare internal collection routes at the corresponding locations. 2\. Collect, seal, and classify documents and packages at origin/pickup locations. 3\. Deliver documents to internal company locations. 4\. Digitize documents that are required for digital transmission. 5\. Record and track document movements. 6\. Coordinate with External Dispatch personnel for the delivery of documents to external points. **External Dispatch and Shipment** 7\. Receive and store goods from internal and external clients. 8\. Register incoming and outgoing material movements in the automated system. 9\. Coordinate pickup routes for motorcycle couriers. 10\. Coordinate pickups and deliveries with the Courier. 11\. Coordinate with the Courier the reporting of document deliveries and shipments. 12\. Process the appropriate returns. 13\. Monitor all outgoing items (documents and packages). 14\. Report defects in received products. **Front Desk Service** 15\. Receive and register all documentation addressed to the company (invoices, letters, various documents). 16\. Deliver documents, payment instruments, promissory notes, and other items to clients or their representatives. 17\. Ensure excellent in-person and telephone customer service, maintaining a positive image of the company. 18\. Perform other related or complementary tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. 19\. Manage user requests and requirements via email. ***Requirements:*** Completed secondary education. Technical studies in progress. Proficiency in Office software. Minimum of 03 months of experience as Production Operator, Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Warehouse Assistant, or similar roles. Availability to work in Miraflores.
