On behalf of the Casma Mining Unit, we are looking for an Equipment Instructor to join our team in Casma\-Ancash. **What would be your responsibilities?** * Design and implement theoretical\-practical training programs on operation and basic maintenance of trackless and yellow line equipment. * Instruct operators in the field on efficient equipment handling. * Conduct practical and theoretical evaluations to measure participants' competency levels. * Provide on\-site assistance to operators and supervisors to resolve recurring technical issues related to equipment usage. **What requirements do you need?** \- Technical degree in Heavy Machinery, Mechanical Technician, or related fields. \- 2 to 3 years of experience in industrial or mining operations. \- Class AIIIC Driver's License. \- Certifications in heavy equipment operation from manufacturers (desirable). \- Basic maintenance skills (hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems). * Work schedule: 20x10 Benefits * Full payroll benefits * 100% covered accommodation and meals * 100% paid transportation from Lima, Trujillo, Huaraz, and Huancayo Job type: Full\-time Salary: Up to S/.5,000\.00 per month Application questions: * Do you have experience as an Equipment Instructor?
