**REQUIREMENTS** * Technical or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Administration, or related fields. (MANDATORY) * Minimum of 3 months of experience in similar roles or no experience. * Basic to intermediate level knowledge of Excel. * Knowledge in data entry. * Basic knowledge of GPS platforms (DESIRABLE). * Availability to work **rotating shifts** morning, afternoon, and night. * Must reside in areas adjacent to Santa Clara, Ate (ESSENTIAL). **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Inform scheduled drivers of their appointment times and guide them accordingly. * Verify with scheduled drivers whether they have the necessary documents and PPE. * Confirm that scheduled units match those dispatched for loading. * Record scheduling information in Excel sheets sent via WhatsApp. * Report any delays in loading appointments or issues encountered en route to destination. * Respond to emails regarding assigned schedules. * Receive client calls and efficiently provide service-related information. * Notify the operations team of any changes or contingencies. * Ensure vehicles departing on routes have all required insurance coverage in place. * Resolve any questions from drivers or coordinators. * Report the status of all transit units in the WhatsApp group. * Inform the fleet supervisor of any incidents during transit. * Notify via email in case of any incidents (traffic accidents, thefts, etc.). * Record dates and times of transportation milestones for each unit. * Verify the status of units with HUB coordinators and drivers as needed. **WE OFFER** Pleasant work environment.
