Periodic preparation and presentation of the operational report to management and the board. 2. Timely preparation of the valuation report for the client according to the closing period specified by them. 3. Reporting on equipment availability compliance through a detailed report. 4. Submission of reports regarding penalties imposed by the client, including a prior report in case of non-compliance. 5. Supervision and control of quality assurance in the work performed. 6. Requesting supplies for equipment after reviewing the mechanical report and evaluating the corresponding budget. 7. Requesting necessary materials for the proper execution of work after assessing their feasibility according to the established budget. 8. Preparation of valuations for rented equipment. 9. Control of material and equipment supply according to the contract, coordinated with the logistics department. 10. Recording project data into statistical control charts. 11. Preparing valuations for services provided by third parties according to contracts (equipment rentals), considering deductions for fuel, operator wages, technical services, etc. 12. Preparation of technical proposals (execution and implementation schedules, work and quality plans, among others) and economic proposals (budget, Unit Cost Analysis, General Expenses) to participate in client tenders. 13. Maintaining a proper physical archive of daily reports and valuations for all projects. 14. Monitoring and reviewing production ratios and fuel consumption, as well as other metrics for all equipment. 15.
