




We are looking for a Network Support Engineer who can monitor, maintain, and ensure the continuous operation of the company's telecommunications networks and services. The NOC Engineer is responsible for detecting, diagnosing, and escalating network incidents, ensuring high levels of availability, performance, and SLA compliance. **REQUIREMENTS\_** * Experience in ISP network management (FTTH / GPON). * Knowledge of OLTs (ZTE, BTPON). * Proficiency with monitoring systems (Zabbix, SmokePing). * Experience performing troubleshooting (networks). * **Desirable**: experience in digital headend configuration / TV channels. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Track and monitor support process tickets (I/R) * Manage support process emails (I/R) * Manage and monitor calls at the Contact Center to ensure service quality * Develop manuals and/or technical procedure guides * Ensure operator tasks and activities are performed according to established procedures * Ensure continuity and availability of services provided by the department * Ensure knowledge standardization within the operational support layer * Provide training on tools, updates, and process improvements * Knowledge of protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SIP). * Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG). * Certifications: CCNA, MikroTik. (Desirable, not mandatory) * Monitor networks 24/7\. * Perform scheduled maintenance. * Record incidents and generate technical reports Job type: Full-time Salary: From S/.3,500\.00 per month Work location: On-site
