Be part of **OLEOHIDRAULICS SERVICES S.A.C.**, a company with over **16 years of experience** providing solutions in **maintenance, repair, manufacturing, and assembly** of hydraulic systems and equipment for **mining, industry, construction, and heavy machinery**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate technician from **SENATI, TECSUP or similar institution** in CNC Machines and Tools and Production Mechanics – Machinist. * 4 years of experience in machining parts: steel, aluminum, and bronze. * Experience in machining hydraulic cylinders, rods, and caps. * Operation and handling of CNC Lathe machines. * Knowledge in reading manufacturing blueprints. * Knowledge of hydraulic systems and/or components. * Proficiency with measuring instruments (micrometer, dial gauge, depth gauge, etc.). * Basic knowledge of **Office** software. * English (Basic level). * Availability to work in La Victoria \- Lima (Schedule: Mon. to Fri. 8am to 6pm \| Sat. 9am to 12pm) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Adjust and calibrate the CNC lathe according to job specifications. * Read and interpret technical drawings and part schematics to determine required specifications and tolerances. * Select appropriate cutting tools and install them on the lathe. * Conduct tests and adjustments on new CNC programs to optimize production. * Input or modify programs in numerical control software so the lathe performs correct operations. * Keep the work area clean before, during, and after shifts. * Identify and resolve issues that arise during work. * Comply with safety regulations and current standards by using proper protective equipment. * Perform regular machine maintenance to ensure proper operation, including cleaning and lubrication. * Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and/or management. **BENEFITS:** * Inclusion in **payroll from the first day**. * **50% coverage of ESSALUD or EPS insurance**. * **Career path** and internal growth opportunities. * **Job stability** in a solid company.
