**Important mining sector company is looking for a:** **Minicargador Operator** Operate the minicargador to perform loading, hauling, leveling, cleaning and support tasks in earthmoving operations, mining or warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency, safety and equipment care. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * One year of experience operating inside mine (underground). * Valid AIIB driver's license. * No MTC traffic violations. **Functions** * Operate the minicargador in loading, unloading, material transport, land leveling and work area cleaning tasks. * Perform daily machine inspections (fuel, oil, hydraulic fluid levels, tire/tracks condition, electrical system). * Report and document malfunctions, anomalies or incidents to maintenance department or supervisor. * Carry out maneuvers carefully, following signage, internal traffic rules and safety procedures. * Coordinate with site personnel to perform joint tasks without accident risks. * Keep the cabin and equipment accessories clean and in safe conditions. * Comply with production plans, reporting operation hours and performance. * Follow Occupational Health and Safety regulations, including proper use of PPE and participation in safety meetings. **We Offer:** * Full payroll from the first day of work. * Covered meals + accommodation. * Work schedule: 14x7 regime. * Constant training opportunities. * Opportunity to join a leading company in the mining sector.
