




* Attend to customers either via Wsp or phone call, respond to inquiries, provide product information, and manage orders. * Process seller orders by verifying information, entering data into the system, and coordinating with the warehouse department for order preparation and shipping. * Proactively track orders, inform customers about shipment status, and resolve any issues that may arise. * Establish effective coordination with the warehouse supervisor, ensuring product availability, timely order preparation, and on-time delivery. * Manage after-sales service by handling customer inquiries and complaints, and seeking solutions that guarantee customer satisfaction. * Record and analyze seller visits, including information about customers, market trends, competition, and improvement opportunities.
