At **Cementos Inka**, we are looking for a ***Mill Operator*** who meets the following requirements: **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (certificate required). * Desired courses in machinery and equipment. * Desired knowledge of industrial mechanics and electronics. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Availability to work at the Cajamarquilla plant (Lurigancho \- Chosica). **Responsibilities:** * Verify system operation to ensure continuity of flow, safety, operational efficiency, and fault detection. * Monitor and verify mill control panel operating parameters to ensure proper mill performance: material feed and final product. * Check clinker granulometry to produce different types of cement. * Ensure constant supply of raw materials to the mill. * Verify stock levels in dosing silos and the dosing system. **Benefits:** * Payroll inclusion from the first day. * Salary \+ bonus * 100% covered meals Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work location: On-site job
