**A leading company in the Mining Sector is looking for a:** **Roller Operator** Position Purpose Operate the roller compactor to carry out soil, gravel, and asphalt compaction work in construction and road maintenance projects, complying with established quality, safety, and productivity standards. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * 1 year of experience operating inside a mine (underground). * Class AIIB driver's license. * No MTC traffic violations. Responsibilities: * Operate the roller compactor for compaction of soils, bases, subbases, and asphalt mixtures. * Perform daily equipment inspections (fuel, oil, hydraulic levels, condition of rollers/tires, electrical system). * Adjust compaction parameters (frequency, amplitude, speed) according to technical specifications and material type. * Coordinate with quality control personnel (laboratory, surveying) to verify required compaction levels. * Report any machine failure or unsafe condition to the supervisor. * Maintain records of operating hours, fuel consumption, and progress achieved. * Strictly comply with site safety and traffic procedures. * Keep the equipment in safe condition and assist in basic preventive maintenance tasks. * Participate in safety meetings and report incidents or unsafe acts. **We Offer:** * Full payroll from the first day of work. * Covered meals plus accommodation. * Work schedule: 14x7 regime. * Constant training opportunities. * Opportunity to join a leading company in the Mining Sector.
