Dump truck operator needed. Minimum of 4 years' experience in earthmoving, ATS completion, blasting, and site documentation. Must have defensive driving skills and knowledge of traffic regulations according to license category A3C. Must live near Lima and Callao. Responsibilities:**ON SITE:** Key responsibilities include: · **Attendance reporting:** The operator must record daily attendance promptly, either through an electronic timekeeping system or manual attendance tracking, according to the company's established procedures. · **Communication with work team:** Maintain clear communication with other operators, site supervisors, and project personnel to efficiently coordinate daily activities. · **Material transportation:** Load, transport, and unload materials such as soil, sand, gravel, cement, debris, and others from the loading point to the designated location on site. · **Safe vehicle operation:** Operate the dump truck safely, complying with traffic regulations and terrain conditions, especially in work areas with limited access. · **Load verification:** Ensure loads are properly distributed and do not exceed established weight limits, preventing damage to cargo, vehicle, or safety risks. · **Equipment inspection:** Conduct regular inspections of the dump truck before and after each work shift, checking oil levels, coolant, tires, brakes, and other critical components to ensure proper vehicle function. · **Reporting malfunctions and incidents:** If mechanical or safety issues with the dump truck are detected, or if an incident occurs during transport or unloading, the operator must submit a detailed incident report specifying the nature of the problem, possible causes, and actions taken. This report must be submitted to the supervisor or maintenance department. · **Efficient unloading:** Coordinate orderly and efficient unloading of materials at the correct location, using the dump truck or unloading equipment (if necessary). · **Team collaboration:** Work closely with other operators and site workers to coordinate material movement and ensure smooth workflow. **Safety compliance:** Follow established occupational health and safety procedures on site to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including helmets, gloves, reflective vests, and safety goggles.
