You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all operations, guaranteeing that every detail, from booking to the client's return, is executed flawlessly. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Service management: You will efficiently coordinate and supervise tourism services (hotel bookings, transportation, guides, tours, etc.). 2\. Supplier relations: You will maintain smooth and strategic communication with our network of local suppliers, ensuring quality and the best cost\-benefit ratio. 3\. Prompt incident resolution: You will act quickly and proactively to manage any unexpected events or emergencies, guaranteeing complete customer satisfaction. 4\. Process optimization: You will continuously analyze and improve our operational processes to maximize efficiency and service quality. 5\. Reporting and analysis: You will prepare detailed reports to measure operational performance and contribute to strategic decision\-making. PROFILE \* Professional or technical graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, Administration, or related fields. \* Minimum 1\-2 years of experience in operations or reservations roles within travel agencies or tour operators in Cusco. \* Intermediate to advanced level of English (essential). \* Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office) and familiarity with reservation management systems (CRM). \* Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. \* A proactive individual, results\-oriented, with strong ability to work under pressure. \* Passion for Peruvian culture and detailed knowledge of tourist attractions in the Cusco region.
