The Position We are currently seeking an **Order Management Specialist** based in **Lima, Peru**, who will serve as the strategic and operational link between customers and internal operations at Roche. The primary objective of this role is to effectively, timely, and accurately manage customer orders, ensuring adherence to agreed service levels and contributing to a superior customer experience at every touchpoint. **The Opportunity:** * Oversee and coordinate the complete customer order lifecycle: from order receipt to final delivery. * Ensure proper alignment with internal policies for domestic logistics operations. * Monitor and guarantee delivery traceability in coordination with logistics providers and internal teams. * Process optimization: * Identify improvement opportunities in internal and external processes impacting customer experience. * Investigate and propose best practices based on benchmarking and internal initiatives. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and process redesign to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs. **Your Profile** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields. * Knowledge and experience in order management, logistics operations, or international trade. * Familiarity with technological tools such as SAP (SD module) and warehouse management systems (WMS). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Strong analytical skills and communication abilities. * Sense of urgency and customer-oriented focus. * Ability to lead initiatives through influence and collaborative work. * Language: Advanced or intermediate level of English and Spanish, as required by operational needs.\+ Note: Relocation benefits are not available for this role.
