Therefore, we are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of Production Operator who meets the following profile: Requirements:* Completed primary and secondary education. * Knowledge in using measuring equipment (not essential). * Knowledge of PPE usage. * Basic knowledge in Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment, as well as identification of environmental aspects and impacts related to own activities. Responsibilities:* Verify that machines are in perfect condition before starting operation. * Report daily production results. * Carry out production meeting established quality and safety parameters. * Contribute from your position to environmental protection. * Promote self-control during work execution. * Notify the Production Supervisor and/or Maintenance Supervisor of any anomalies or non-conforming products occurring during the production process. * Support colleagues in performing tasks, promoting teamwork. * Support the implementation and execution of HSE and environmental policies from your position. * Properly use PPE and perform correct maintenance and care. * Notify the Production Supervisor and/or Maintenance Supervisor when maintenance is required for equipment under your responsibility. * Assist the Maintenance Supervisor when carrying out equipment and machine maintenance. * Comply with all regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions provided. * Mandatory participation in 5-minute safety talks. * At the end of the day, leave your workstation and machine clean. * Meet the KPIs established for the position. * Identify hazards to safety and health, and environmental aspects related to job activities; apply and comply with relevant control measures.
