MOROAL, a company dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions in transportation, logistics, and specialized services for various productive sectors of the country, with extensive experience and commitment in every operation, is currently seeking the following talent to join our team: MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Inspect and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the most important systems of trucks: brakes, clutches, suspension, steering, electrical and starting systems. * Detect faults in engine, gearbox, and transmission, proposing quick and effective solutions. * Conduct safety inspections before delivering units to customers. * Prepare clear reports of repairs and maintenance performed. * Provide support and guidance to operators for the proper use and care of the units. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate technician in Automotive Mechanics, Maintenance Mechanics, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in inspection and repair of trucks. * Solid knowledge of brakes, clutches, suspension, engine, and transmission. * Desirable: experience in fleet maintenance management. * Leadership skills, teamwork, and ability to guide other technicians in task execution.
