By joining us: * You will participate in projects and developments with high visibility, making a difference through disruptive and specialized solutions across the entire value chain. **Requirements:** * Must be a graduate or bachelor's degree holder in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Systems, Networking, Mechatronics, or related fields. **Minimum 1 year of experience in:** * Power Systems * Telecommunications Systems * Experience in FTTH, GPON networks * Experience in National Operator Networks **Job Responsibilities:** * Perform maintenance on fiber optic networks. * Install aerial and conduit cabling (FTTH - HFC). * Install equipment and accessories specific to FTTH - HFC networks. * Install hardware on poles for aerial and underground cabling. * Conduct measurements and tests on FTTH and HFC (horizontal and vertical). * Perform fiber ducting. * Possess practical knowledge in the telecommunications sector, specifically in fiber optics and FTTH. * Knowledge of hardware and fiber optic measurement equipment. * Valid driver's license (desirable). **We offer:** * Formal employment contract * SCTR insurance * Positive work environment Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,900.00 per month Work location: On-site position
