




We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support in general administrative tasks, with basic knowledge in accounting and human resources. The ideal candidate will be an organized, proactive person with excellent communication skills. Responsibilities * Manage company documentation and filing. * Handle phone calls and emails. * Perform basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing and expense recording. * Coordinate with suppliers and financial institutions on matters related to payments, financing, and accounting procedures. * Provide support in human resources management, such as personnel file administration and interview coordination. * Carry out other administrative tasks as needed. \* Requirements * Technical degree in Administration or Bachelor's in Administration * Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in administrative roles. * Basic knowledge of accounting and human resources. * Proficiency with computer tools such as Microsoft Office. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Organized with attention to detail. **Benefits** Formal employment with all legal benefits.
