Objectives: Administrative support to the Technical Coordination Department of Programs: - Carry out administrative support activities in programs and projects linked to the Department. - Collect and organize technical and administrative information for the formulation, monitoring, and evaluation of projects. - Keep project files updated, ensuring proper classification and preservation of documents. - Monitor deadlines, deliveries, and expirations, timely alerting about critical dates or requirements. - Collaborate in general tasks related to the organizational functioning of the Department. - Manage and file schedules, justifications, vacations, and leave, coordinating directly with the Labor Department to ensure efficient communication. Administrative management of subsidized training (FUNDAE): - Support in the documentary and administrative management of subsidized training actions: registration, monitoring, and closure on the FUNDAE platform. - Coordinate registrations and control participant lists, ensuring compliance with established requirements. - Collect, digitize, and organize all supporting documentation of training actions. - Collaborate with other internal areas to ensure correct execution and subsidy of trainings.
