




**Job Description** At Instabus, an innovative company in transportation solutions and digital services, we are seeking a Human Resources Assistant with experience in payroll and effective recruitment, who will contribute to the growth and strengthening of our team. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation and management of worker payrolls under various employment regimes. * Registration of hires, terminations, and contracts in T\-Registro and PLAME. * Administration of labor benefits: vacations, CTS, bonuses, and severance payments. * Attendance control, overtime tracking, and incident reporting. * Clear knowledge of recruitment and selection processes: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and coordination of assessments. * Preparation of HR reports and indicators. * Support in labor audits and compliance with SUNAFIL and MTPE regulations. * Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. **Requirements** * Technical degree or bachelor's studies in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll and recruitment (essential). * Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation. * Proficiency in Office tools (intermediate to advanced Excel). * Desirable experience with HR systems. **Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity and teamwork skills. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Results-oriented with strong deadline adherence. **We Offer** * Inclusion in the official payroll with all statutory benefits. * Growth opportunities within an expanding company. * Pleasant work environment and continuous learning. * Work schedule from Monday to Saturday. * Work location: La Victoria, Lima.
