





Job Title: Associate, Wellbeing Job Description The Disability and Leave Management Analyst is responsible for managing, recording, and validating employee medical leaves, disabilities, and work-related leaves in accordance with current Peruvian legal regulations. This role ensures proper subsidy management, timely processing of procedures with government agencies, and compliance with internal organizational policies. **Responsibilities** * Manage, record, and process employee medical disabilities within the corresponding platform (Viva). * Validate medical leaves and follow up to ensure proper recognition by health entities. * Process medical subsidies and manage collections from governmental agencies. * Administer applicable leaves according to Peruvian labor regulations (paternity, maternity, hardship, bereavement, among others). * Carry out recovery processes for funds related to disabilities and subsidies. * Keep the information system updated and generate management reports for the Human Resources department. * Provide support and guidance to employees regarding disability and leave procedures. * Ensure compliance with current legal regulations and internal company policies. **Profile** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Social Work, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing, recording, and processing work-related disabilities and leaves. * Experience handling procedures with health and governmental entities in Peru. * Knowledge and proficiency with the Viva platform. * Experience working with companies employing more than 2,000 staff. * Intermediate-level Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, basic formulas for data management). * Knowledge of Peruvian labor regulations related to medical leaves and work permits. * Organized with strong attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. * Service-oriented with clear communication skills. * Proactive with a willingness for continuous learning. * On-site work — position requires rotation among 3 available locations in Lima; Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
