**Position Mission** Drive the consulting firm's commercial growth through the creation and management of social media content and active client prospecting, ensuring a constant flow of qualified meetings and a digital presence consistent with the firm's strategic positioning. **Main Responsibilities** * Create and schedule social media posts according to the editorial calendar. * Write copy and design visuals in Canva (posts, carousels, and stories). * Monitor comments and inbox messages; respond or escalate according to protocol. * Research and build prospect lists (sector, size, decision-making role) based on customer profiles. * Contact decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, and phone; request and schedule meetings. * Keep the CRM updated (stages, next steps, and reminders). * Coordinate with consultants to obtain case studies and publishable technical content. * Prepare weekly reports on social media metrics and the sales pipeline. * Propose continuous improvements to the content calendar and sales funnel. * Ensure brand consistency in tone, design, and messaging. **Profile Requirements** * Graduate or final-year student in marketing, communications, business administration, or related fields. * 6 months of experience in content creation, community management, or B2B sales support. * Proficiency in LinkedIn (company page and personal profile) and understanding of social selling. * Persuasive writing skills and strong spelling. * Knowledge of CRM systems. * Intermediate Canva skills; basic video editing knowledge. * Understanding of B2B funnels, ICP, value proposition, and editorial planning. * Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
