




DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Human Resources Analyst for a Retail sector company with a focus on people, processes, and organizational culture, who will contribute to strengthening the work environment and the comprehensive development of employees. This strategic and cross-functional role works directly with various departments to ensure compliance with internal policies, promote team well-being, and foster a safe, sustainable environment aligned with corporate values. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI. * Knowledge of current OHS legislation (Law 29783 and its regulations). Sustainability standards and methodologies (SDGs, GRI, ISO 26000\). * * Experience managing corporate volunteer and employee well-being programs.
