On behalf of our client, a leading company in the gas station industry, we are looking for top talent to fill the position of Human Resources Coordinator in the district of Lurín. **Position Objective** Plan, direct, and control processes related to human talent management such as hiring, training, development, compensation, personnel movements, benefits, and rewards, aligned with the institution's objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and process monthly payroll (general regime and small business). * Supervise and manage employment contracts, renewals, vacation tracking, overtime, leaves, permissions, medical leaves, subsidies, etc. * Manage recruitment and hiring processes, ensuring organizational talent needs are met within established timelines. * Implement onboarding programs for new employees to facilitate their integration into the company. * Establish and supervise performance evaluation processes and feedback, providing guidance and constructive feedback to employees. * Prepare reports and documentation for the Human Resources Management department. * Develop monthly Human Resources indicators. * Responsible for submitting AFPNet and PLAME declarations. * Responsible for managing renewals of SCTR, Vida Ley, top-ups, and issuance of provisions. * Responsible for employee severance calculations. **Requirements** * Academic Background: Technical or university degree in Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in transportation or industrial sectors. * Additional training in labor legislation and/or human talent management (desirable). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (essential). **We Offer** * Employment under the general regime with all statutory benefits. * Salary of S/ 3,000. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. * Food card starting from the 4th month. * Continuous training and professional development opportunities. * Opportunity to join a major organization in the Peruvian gas station sector. **Apply now and become part of our team!** Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you have experience in transportation or industrial companies? * Have you prepared and/or supervised payroll processing and labor and tax obligations? * Do you hold specializations, diplomas, or master's degrees related to Human Resources Management? * How many years of experience do you have as a Human Resources Coordinator or in supervisory roles?
