We are looking for a Recruitment and Selection Assistant! As a Recruitment and Selection Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the active mass recruitment of talent to fill existing vacancies within the organization. You will work closely with the Human Resources team, collaborating in the design and execution of recruitment, selection, and candidate evaluation strategies. Requirements to apply: * Student or graduate with a technical or university degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum of 01 year of prior experience in mass in-person recruitment and selection. * Solid knowledge of candidate assessment techniques and tools. * Ability to work in a team, under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Availability to work on-site. Responsibilities: * Post and promote job opportunities through various media and channels. * Perform resume screening and pre-selection of candidates. * Coordinate / conduct in-person interviews and competency assessments. * Keep the candidate database updated and track progress. * Assist in organizing employment events and job fairs.
