Currently, we are looking for a **Recruitment and Selection Analyst.** Do you want to take on this challenge and become part of our team? **Requirements:** * Graduate in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields. * Availability to work in Miraflores, Lima \- Peru. * Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. * Knowledge in using tools and platforms for publishing job offers, as well as candidate assessment tools. **Responsibilities:** * Validate job profiles together with the heads of each department. * Publish job offers on various platforms and media. * Execute the entire selection process, from recruitment to hiring, meeting established deadlines. * Administer and evaluate psychological, technical, or competency tests, preparing reports with results and recommendations. * Prepare and send progress reports on selection processes (current status, recruitment sources, timelines, indicators, and improvement opportunities). * Participate in job fairs and maintain active presence in job boards at institutes and universities. * Keep the candidate database and recruitment sources up to date. * Lead the onboarding, induction, and initial training process for new employees, ensuring their integration into the organizational culture. * Monitor new hires during their probation period. * Manage affiliation and renewal of insurance policies (SCTR, Vida Ley, and EPS). * Support internal wellness activities, organizational culture initiatives, and internal communication. * Collaborate on talent management and organizational development projects aimed at continuous improvement. * Conduct one-to-one meetings with new staff, employees on probation, or those requiring performance support. * Fulfill other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. * Additional tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Skills and competencies:** * Assertive communication * Organization and planning * Responsibility and commitment * Integrity and trust * Proactivity * Teamwork * Analytical skills Send us your CV and maximize your talent with Edén Agua!
