With over 20 years of market experience and more than 40 stores, they have strong national and international growth prospects and are currently seeking: Generalist in Human Resources **What do we need from you?** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields * Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service position recruitment * Experience in training development and personnel evaluation * Intermediate level in Office software * Familiarity with design platforms **What will you do?** * Supervise and manage recruitment and selection processes for sales and administrative positions. * Design and implement retention strategies for key personnel. * Coordinate and execute general and specific onboarding programs for new employees. * Develop and deliver training sessions for the sales team, enhancing their competencies and performance. * Plan and carry out activities aimed at improving workplace climate and team integration. * Conduct visits to sales points to evaluate compliance and effectiveness of Human Resources processes. * Prepare and monitor Human Resources management indicators. * Ensure the application and compliance of internal policies, procedures, and labor regulations. **What competencies are required for the position?** * Discipline * Commitment * Teamwork **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday – 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday attendance from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. may be required during campaigns. **Work Location** San Luis: *Jr Mariscal Andres de Santa Cruz 131 – Urb el Pino*, San Luis Type of position: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 – S/.2,500.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience recruiting personnel in the field?
