COLLECTIONS ADVISOR We are NovaClick Peru, a leading e-commerce company with over five years of experience in the industry. (Peruvian audience) We are currently seeking FULL-TIME COLLECTIONS ADVISORS. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY? \* Basic PC skills \* Minimum 3 months of experience in collections call centers. \* Strong communication skills and fluency in speaking. \* Immediate availability to work on-site near Megaplaza. \* Eagerness to learn and grow WHAT DO WE OFFER? \* Fixed monthly salary of S/1200 \+ bonus scheme \* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am \- 5:30 pm; rotating Saturdays: 8:00 am \- 1:30 pm or 12:00 pm \- 5:30 pm \* Lunch provided by the company. \* Career path opportunities \* Salary paid without AFP or ONP deductions \* Short, paid training sessions \* Training certificate \* Discounts on company products \* Excellent work environment, career path, and ongoing training RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Contact clients and provide order-related information. \- Follow up with and collect payments from clients with pending payments. \- Verify and correct information with the sales department.
