On-site duties with a fixed schedule **Collections Advisor with Experience \| Fintech Industry** **Schedule:** * Monday to Saturday (8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.) * 2 free Saturdays \| Fixed Sundays and holidays off per calendar. **Location:** Surquillo – Lima (100% on-site). **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 months of experience in Fintech collections. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (basic/intermediate level). * Availability for on-site work. **What We Offer:** * Base salary: S/ 1300 * Mobility bonus: S/ 300\. * Attendance bonus: S/ 300\. * Total earnings up to: S/ 1900\. * UNLIMITED commissions. * Bi-weekly payments. * Paid training. * Overtime pay.
