Learn more about this job opportunity below: **What is the main challenge?** * Conduct in-person collections in the field from individuals with overdue debts, aiming to recover outstanding payments, maintain a healthy portfolio, and reduce delinquency rates, ensuring respectful and professional treatment. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Conduct home visits to individuals with overdue debts to negotiate payments or regularization agreements. * Retain units (motorcycles or vehicles) in cases of serious payment defaults. * Verify and update customer contact information (address, phone number, workplace, etc.). * Channel requests such as agreements, rescheduling, or complaints, ensuring proper routing and follow-up. * Register daily collections forms for each activity and upload visit evidence. * Negotiate payment agreements, refinancing, or documented commitments. * Report incidents or critical alerts to the Collections and/or Legal department. * Deliver formal collection notices according to company policies. * Complete assigned routes efficiently and safely. * Maintain ethical and professional conduct at all times. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 1 year of experience in field collections (preferably in automotive, financial, or retail sectors). * Valid motorcycle driver's license. * Own motorcycle in good condition with valid SOAT insurance. * Knowledge of local and peripheral routes. * High level of responsibility and tolerance for working under pressure. * Strong negotiation and assertive communication skills. * No criminal or police records. * Basic knowledge of collection regulations and legal procedures. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment from day one, with all statutory benefits. * Competitive salary + commissions.
