**Your main responsibilities:** * Manage pre-litigation and defaulted credit collection and recovery. * Schedule and record on the route sheet the results of management visits to assigned customers in your portfolio. * Permanently follow up on your customer portfolio, conducting timely collections from the moment credit is assigned, applying negotiation techniques. * Ensure recovery of the assigned portfolio according to established targets, maintaining optimal recovery levels by managing based on days past due and provision levels to maximize portfolio profitability.
