





Our growing company is looking for a candidate with experience in SUPERVISION OF CALL CENTER COLLECTIONS REQUIREMENTS: \-Minimum of 1 year of experience leading teams in Call Center Collections for ACTIVE/WRITTEN-OFF portfolios – (mandatory). \-University studies in progress or completed. \-Intermediate to advanced level Excel skills (mandatory). \-Highly proactive and dynamic. \-Strong communication skills. \-Leadership. \-Team management. \-Ability to handle pressure. \-Adaptability. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES \-Distribution of the collection portfolio to call center staff. \-Supervision and monitoring of call center operations. \-Monitoring of staff calls. \-Preparation and submission of daily collection reports and portfolio progress reports to management and clients. \-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (collections and procedures). \-Maintain team morale through various motivation activities.
