If you have experience, apply now! **Position Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Quality Monitor** to join our call center collections services team. The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring collections performance, strong Excel skills, and analytical abilities to ensure quality in collections campaigns. Responsibilities include supervising agents, providing feedback, conducting calibration sessions, and supporting continuous team improvement.
