





DESCRIPTION Important agricultural supplier with presence in several Latin American countries is seeking a Technical Sales Representative for Seeds in the Lambayeque region who will perform the following duties: * Be responsible for achieving the sales budget by product in their assigned area. * Coordinate with the Sales Manager to identify groups of farmers with similar characteristics in order to offer products or services differentiated from competitors. * Propose matters related to pricing policies, discounts, promotions, and customer service. * Organize technical meetings with leading farmers to promote regional products. * Carry out demonstration plots to promote new products or reintroduce existing ones. * Manage and follow up on collections in the assigned area. * Continuously provide the credit department with necessary information for credit analysis and submit it to the Commercial Management for approval. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree or graduate title in Agricultural Engineering (Technician level). * Two years of experience selling agricultural inputs. * Experience and knowledge of main crops in the region. * Knowledge of agrochemical product management. * Valid motorcycle driver's license (Class BII-A).
