Currently, we are looking to incorporate into our team the position of "Senior Collections Manager \- Judicial Portfolio \- Full Time" REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telephone Collections Advisor in judicial collections. * Proven experience in judicial collections for financial institutions. * User-level Office skills YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: * Carry out collections management for clients. * Meet established performance indicators and targets. * Contact company representatives by phone and inform them about the debt. * Provide detailed information to the representative regarding payment delays. * Establish payment commitments or agreements on outstanding debts. * Follow up on payment agreements. TECHNOLOGICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Stable Internet connection * PC/laptop with at least an i3 processor, 4GB RAM, and Windows 10 * Headphones/headset POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: * Work location: 100% Home Office * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
