What are we looking for? * Excellent communication and customer orientation. * **Professional appearance and image.** * Friendly, courteous, and organized attitude. * Ability to receive and guide customers within the showroom. * Interest in maintaining an orderly and attractive product display. * Technical or university studies in Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, after-sales, or similar roles. Main Responsibilities * Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service. * Welcome visitors and guide them during their in-store experience. * Maintain visual order and proper presentation of showroom products. * Register and track inquiries, requests, and after-sales activities using CRM. * Coordinate with internal departments to provide timely solutions. * Support commercial campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives. * Update prices and assist in generating social media content. We Offer Formal employment under MYPE payroll. Salary: **S/ 1,800 per month**.
