




**Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customs Specialist or Customer Service representative at a customs agency. * Knowledge of special agreements, Amazonia Law, and Free Trade Agreements (FTAs). * Thorough understanding of customs regimes 10, 40, and temporary regimes, as well as advance customs clearance procedures. * Proficiency in the SINTAD system. **Responsibilities:** * Advise clients on matters related to customs regulations. * Review received documentation to verify the absence of errors or omissions; coordinate with clients to correct any discrepancies identified. * Create orders in the SINTAD system and assign them to the customs liquidator. * Send daily status updates of customs clearances to clients and immediate supervisors. * Verify proformas received from the commercial department to prevent billing errors. * Monitor and track customs clearance procedures for assigned clients. * Forward files to the pickup department after coordinating reception time slots. * Submit inspection scheduling requests via the VUCE system for SENASA inspections.
